Popeyes - keep the good times a-float

By the end of 2020, New Orleans’ Mayor LaToya Cantrell’s office made an announcement,

prohibiting 2021 Mardi Gras parades, due to COVID19.

With Mardi Gras season parades canceled, layoffs immediately started to hit float builders,

reminding the city of Mardi Gras’ artistic contributions to the economy of the region.

To support laid-off local artists and keep the good times rolling, we hired out-of-job float builders, giving them another job: Turning Popeyes NOLA restaurants into stationary floats.

Because, you can cancel parades.

But you can't cancel NOLA'S Mardi Gras spirit.

And we took over Popeyes restaurants, all over NOLA.
